Paying for a roof
A roof is rarely a purchase anyone planned. Here is how people usually handle it — no offers, no rates, just the options.
Insurance
If the damage is storm-related, this is usually the first call. We document the damage properly and we'll meet your adjuster on site. We don't file the claim for you and we won't tell you a claim exists when it doesn't.
Payment plans
We can split a replacement across the job — a deposit, a payment at tear-off, and the balance on completion. No interest, because it isn't a loan, it's just the invoice in pieces.
Third-party lenders
Plenty of homeowners use a home-improvement loan or a HELOC. We're not a lender and we don't take a commission for pointing you at one, so ask your bank first — they'll usually beat anything arranged through a contractor.
Repair now, replace later
Sometimes the right answer is a proper repair that buys three or four seasons while you plan the replacement. We'll tell you when that's the honest option.
Ridgeline is a roofing company, not a lender or an insurance adjuster. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit, a rate, or advice about your policy — it is a plain description of how people usually handle it. Ask your bank and your insurer.
