When a roof is past twenty years, or the third repair in two seasons hasn't held, replacing it costs less than chasing it. We strip to the deck, replace anything soft, and rebuild with ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys. You get the old roof hauled away the same day and a written warranty before we invoice.
